• Knowledge of healthcare operations and services; ability to teach technology to staff

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations support team resources, including inventory coordinators and dispatch support staff.
• Oversee program management of parts, shipping, logistics, and equipment storage solutions.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to support maintenance and repair of medical equipment.
• Scope and plan logistical needs of engineering projects with engineers and managers.
• Identify improvement areas with vendors and hospitals; implement recommendations.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics for operational processes and ensure adherence.
• Lead projects involving operational support systems and technologies with clear plans.
• Collaborate with department directors to plan budgets, inventory, and talent needs.
