Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy required (PharmD).
• Massachusetts Pharmacist License required.
• 1-5 years of related hospital/pharmacy management experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of pharmacy services and lead the team.
• Schedule, assign and supervise staff; provide guidance.
• Serve as a resource on pharmacy policies for staff and clinicians.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and staff development.
• Contribute to policy and procedure development and training.
