Job summary

You will work with leadership across nursing and other departments, supporting prioritized initiatives in a hybrid work model from home and on campus as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MHA/MPH preferred; 5+ years as consultant or PM.
• Experience in hospital/medical center environment; discretion with political and confidential issues.

Responsibilities

• Scope and plan projects with owners and sponsors; define goals and deliverables, identify and engage team members, research issues, develop timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate work groups, steering committees, and clinical/administrative leaders to move initiatives forward.
• Report to the Senior Director of Strategy Implementation within the Department of Strategy Implementation and Process Improvement.
• Deliver project management support including scoping, planning, documentation, and communication of progress.
