Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides operational accountability and administrative leadership for assigned areas.
• Serves as department liaison with outside constituents and participates in management forums.
• Develops, revises, and audits department policies and procedures.
• Develops business and financial plans, budgets, and capital analyses.
• Oversees strategic and tactical operational plans and financial performance.
• Monitors compliance with regulatory requirements and patient safety education.
• Coordinates purchasing, inventory, and facility maintenance activities.
