VPNE Parking Solutions LLC is seeking an Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, payroll, training, and client service for our healthcare support services. Reporting to the Healthcare Director, you will drive onboarding, safety audits, and performance while fostering a culture of care and professionalism.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with HR and client teams, and a proactive approach to meeting client definitions of success and maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Proven leadership and training experience
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, payroll, and team member relations
• Coordinate onboarding with client HR for orientation
• Partner with Recruiting and People teams to attract and retain staff
• Deliver client-defined success metrics and maintain high service levels
• Conduct safety audits and drive incident reduction
• Act as main contact for client and staff inquiries and recognition
