You will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, develop client relationships, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations while supporting growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial statements, P&L and budgeting.
• Healthcare parking management experience preferred.
• Willingness to be flexible in schedule to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop team at healthcare parking locations.
• Oversee payroll processing and collaboration with payroll.
• Manage financials and adherence to budgets.
• Develop client relationships and drive business retention.
• Ensure 24/7 professional parking management and contractual compliance.
