Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership or multi-site management role.
• Required: Previous experience leading a Healthcare Valet team, Hospitality Valet team, or Valet operations.
• Experience in hospital, medical campus, or high-volume service environments strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing large teams and multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and oversight of healthcare valet teams across multiple locations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership to support service excellence.
• Ensure patient and visitor satisfaction through high-touch, hospitality-driven service.
• Oversee daily valet operations including patient drop-off and emergency department lanes.
• Lead, coach, and develop Valet Managers and frontline staff to meet goals.
