Job summary

VPNE Parking Solutions LLC is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day client services within our healthcare support program. The role is client-facing and focuses on staffing, payroll, training and performance, reporting to the General Manager or Site Director.

You will collaborate with the client HR team, Recruiting and the People function to attract and retain top talent, manage onboarding, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with a leadership-first attitude.
• Strong communication abilities to all levels of organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
• Proactive, positive and responsive with an interest in business development.
• Experience in training and development in new business settings preferred.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Impeccable guest service and problem-solving track record.
• Proficiency in learning software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, payroll, and staff relations.
• Coordinate onboarding and paperwork with client HR and orientation scheduling.
• Partner with Recruiting and People teams to attract and retain top talent.
• Align with client definitions of success and deliver results with professionalism.
• Anticipate client expectations and ensure hospital policy compliance.
• Maintain client service plans and meet deadlines for invoicing.
• Conduct safety audits and coordinate with Training to reduce incidents.
• Serve as the main contact for customer complaints and team recognition.
• Ensure timely evaluations of VPNE healthcare team members.
