PM Pediatrics is seeking a capable healthcare operations leader to oversee staff, budget, and patient satisfaction across multiple sites. You will manage hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development while driving profitability and quality care.

The role requires strong financial acumen, robust communication, and a proven ability to optimize staffing and workflows in a pediatric clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Healthcare managerial experience of 5+ years (pediatric experience preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of basic financial concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of driving revenue within the practice, operational processes, data analysis, and the ability to analyze expense controls.
• Advanced knowledge of strategies and tactics that affect urgent care productivity and efficiency, office workflow, patient satisfaction, and volume growth.

Responsabilités

• Staff management: Oversee all staff through hiring, scheduling, and performance management. Address employee issues, promote morale, and mentor staff for growth.
• Drive site profitability by metrics such as volume, productivity, expenditures, revenue collection, and bad debt.
• Account for site finances, including deposits, weekly reconciliations, petty cash, and expense reports.
• Implement operational budget.
• Ensure high quality, efficient patient care and monitor satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate scheduling with regional teams to ensure staffing aligns with patient volume.
• Ensure OSHA and accreditation standards are followed and maintain compliance.
