Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate approved learning strategies into engaging courses, videos, and job aids for the Healthcare Client Engagement team.

You will own content production from design through handoff, collaborating with SMEs and governance partners, and applying accessibility and brand standards to deliver clear, audience-appropriate resources across formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and review cycles.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, milestones, reviews, dependencies and status updates.
• Review and improve content using feedback and performance insights.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
