Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to design and produce high-quality learning and multimedia assets for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will translate strategies into engaging experiences and own content production from design to handoff, partnering with SMEs and governance owners.

You will create courses, videos, guides, scripts, and simulations, applying brand, accessibility, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.
• Experience with Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva, or comparable tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with program leaders, SMEs, reviewers, and governance partners.
• Working knowledge of brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved learning strategies into audience-appropriate experiences and resources.
• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives from design through handoff.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement assets.
• Partner with SMEs and governance resources to clarify requirements and validate accuracy.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, branding, and accessibility standards.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams with plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, and status updates.
