LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the Healthcare division is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate learning strategies into high-quality resources. You will own the content-production workstream for initiatives, collaborating with program managers, SMEs, and governance partners to deliver engaging training assets across multiple formats.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies. Tools like Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva are beneficial.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with program leaders, SMEs, reviewers, and governance partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets for Healthcare Client Engagement.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with SMEs and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback and program metrics.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
