Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate learning strategies into engaging materials for the Healthcare Client Engagement team. You will own content production for initiatives, from requirements to final handoff, partnering with SMEs and governance resources.

You will apply instructional design, multimedia, and accessibility standards while leveraging AI and digital tools to improve the learner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams and review cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback and measurement requirements.
• Support other markets as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
