Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate learning strategies into engaging courses, videos, and job aids across Healthcare. You will own content production for initiatives, collaborating with SMEs and governance to deliver audience-appropriate resources.

You will apply instructional design, accessibility standards, and visual storytelling while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and learner experience within the Healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets that support business initiatives, product education, sales readiness, and employee development across Healthcare.
• Translate approved learning strategies, curriculum requirements, and business objectives into clear, engaging, audience-appropriate experiences and resources.
• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives, from requirements clarification and design through development, review, and final handoff.
• Partner with learning program leaders, subject matter experts, and content governance resources.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and the learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback, performance insights, quality standards, and program-defined measurement requirements.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements, validate accuracy, and guide production.
