You will translate approved strategies into audience‑centered experiences, manage concurrent content workstreams, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across formats, healthcare preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, and content organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategy.
• Translate requirements into audience‑appropriate experiences and resources.
• Own content‑production workstreams from design to final handoff.
• Partner with SMEs and governance resources for accuracy and guidance.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Review and improve content based on feedback and metrics.
