Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to create high-quality learning and multimedia assets supporting product education, sales readiness, and employee development in healthcare.

You will translate approved strategies into engaging experiences, own the content-production workstream, and collaborate with program leaders and SMEs to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats (Healthcare preferred).
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved learning strategies into clear, engaging experiences.
• Own the content-production workstream from design through handoff.
• Partner with program leaders, subject matter experts, and governance resources to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Apply brand, accessibility, and content-quality standards to all materials.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
