Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to translate learning strategies into engaging, audience-appropriate assets across Healthcare. You’ll own the content-production workstream from design through handoff, collaborating with program leaders, subject matter experts, and governance resources.

You’ll apply instructional design, storytelling, and accessibility standards, creating courses, videos, guides, and campaigns that support sales readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, communication, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience managing multiple content-production workstreams, review cycles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies, audience needs, and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review and modernize content using feedback and program-defined measurement requirements.
