Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions' Healthcare Client Engagement team seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist who translates approved learning strategies into clear, engaging assets across courses, videos, job aids, guides, scripts, and campaigns.

You will own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives, collaborate with subject matter experts, governance partners, and program leaders, and apply AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training and educational content across multiple formats, healthcare preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content-production workstreams and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved learning strategies into engaging, audience-appropriate content.
• Own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives from design to handoff.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, and campaigns.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and governance partners; review and validate content.
