You will collaborate with program managers, SMEs, and governance teams, ensuring content quality and alignment with program outcomes, publishing, and governance standards.

• Develop training, learning, or educational content across formats.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Manage multiple content-production workstreams and reviews.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, and accessibility standards.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain learning and multimedia assets aligned with strategies.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, guides, scripts, and simulations.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Collaborate with SMEs and governance partners to clarify requirements.
• Pair with program leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee content production plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Review and improve content based on feedback and metrics.
• Support other markets as needed.
