Job summary

JAMHI Health & Wellness, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the primary onsite technology resource. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, support end-user devices, and assist with deployments and room technology.

Under supervision, you’ll help manage onboarding/offboarding, inventory, and service requests while ensuring clear communication with staff and external vendors. A collaborative, service-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of help desk, desktop support, technical support, or a related IT support role.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VPN connectivity, and cable/device troubleshooting.
• Work experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for JAMHI employees and office devices.
• Maintain and troubleshoot end-user devices, printers, and conference room technology.
• Support Microsoft 365 and workplace systems.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain technology inventory and document service requests.
