Job summary

JAM is seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst to support the IT help desk for internal staff. This fast-paced role requires you to communicate in person, by phone, or in writing and to resolve technical issues with strong customer service.

Provide onsite or remote support for hardware and software, assist with onboarding from an IT perspective, and use the Fresh Service ticketing system to manage requests. Candidates should have 2+ years in IT support, and knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft

Qualifications

2+ years in a structured IT support role.
Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware and software.
Proficiency with Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Mail, OneDrive, Teams).
Experience with Active Directory.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and helpful technical support to internal users requiring remote or onsite support for IT hardware and software.
Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems to reduce calls to the help desk.
Install, configure, deploy, and manage computers and other IT devices.
Assist with onboarding from an IT perspective to get users up and running quickly.
Utilize the Fresh Service ticketing system to manage tasks and requests.
Follow up with users to ensure full resolution of issues.
Coordinate timely repair of equipment with third-party vendors.
