GOTAFE is seeking an intern in Andover, MA to support Healthcare IT delivery and project tracking. You will help manage hours, expenses, onboarding, and stakeholder communications, gaining exposure to EHR-related workflows and reporting.

This internship emphasizes scheduling, documentation, and risk awareness while collaborating with program managers on complex Healthcare IT engagements. Compensation is $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with project tracking tools is a plus.
• Clear communicator - written and verbal with a professional, team-first mindset.
• Genuinely curious about healthcare technology and how IT-enabled solutions improve patient care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Track consultant hours and reconcile project-level reporting for engagements.
• Collect and reconcile project-related expenses ensuring timely billing.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and communicate allocations to stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings, capture minutes, and track actions to ensure accountability.
