Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA seeks an IT Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives across clinical systems, business apps, infrastructure, and security. The role collaborates with sponsors, clinical leaders, vendors, and colleagues to define scope, budgets, schedules, and success metrics.

This is a 40-hour weekly, onsite, temporary position up to 12 months with potential to become permanent; PMP/ CAPM preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of project management or coordination experience.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct supervision.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical, clinical, and executive audiences.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems, data flows, and system integrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Develop charters, scope statements, schedules, budgets, and risk logs.
• Coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders to set objectives and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track dependencies and issues.
• Monitor performance and provide updates to governance bodies.
• Support governance via IT portfolio reporting and demand management.
