Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is offering an intern position in the Project Management Office in Lubbock. The role supports PMO activities, tracks milestones, and coordinates communications with internal teams, vendors, and IT resources.

No prior experience is required, and the student will gain hands-on exposure to healthcare administration and revenue cycle workflows. The position is part-time, pays hourly, and requires a commitment of up to 16 hours per week on-site in Lubbock.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• No experience required.
• Current student enrolled in TTU System pursuing related degrees.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones, action items, risks, issues, and deliverables for PMO.
• Assist with planning, coordination, and documentation of EDI conversion and claims workflows.
• Coordinate communications and meetings among internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect, organize, and analyze project documentation and status reports.
