ALKU is seeking a motivated intern in Andover, MA to support healthcare IT engagements. You will assist with tracking consultant hours, expenses, onboarding new team members, and coordinating stakeholder communications.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to EHR implementations, Oracle Health solutions, and professional services workflows, helping you build scheduling, documentation, and risk awareness skills while connecting with leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in business or health-related fields.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams); project tracking helpful.
• Clear written and verbal communicator with a team-first mindset.
• Curious about healthcare technology and IT-enabled care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly tracking of consultant hours against forecasted allocations.
• Assist with collecting, tracking, and reconciling project expenses for billing.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and communicate allocations to stakeholders.
• Help schedule meetings, facilitate sessions, and capture minutes and actions.
