Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital is seeking an IT Project Manager for a 12-month, on-site role in Attleboro, MA. You will lead multiple enterprise projects across clinical systems, infrastructure, and governance, driving scope, schedule, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT or related field or 5–6 years of PM experience, with PMP/CAPM preferred. On-site schedule, 40 hours/week, temporary with potential to become permanent.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and communications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closeout using standard PM methodologies.
• Develop charters, scope statements, schedules, budgets, and risk logs.
• Coordinate sponsors and stakeholders to define objectives and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate meetings and document decisions, risks, and action items.
• Manage change-control and vendor coordination across initiatives.
• Provide updates to sponsors and governance committees.
