Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a graduate program at Batten University.
• Strong interest in healthcare, higher education, or student services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms
• Provide timely, professional support about academic programs, admissions, and general college information
• Assist with inquiry tracking and follow‑up communications
• Support enrollment and outreach initiatives for BSN, Allied Health, and certificate programs
• Maintain accurate records and organized communication logs
• Assist with daily administrative tasks related to admissions and student services
• Coordinate communication between prospective students and college departments
• Ensure timely responses and follow‑up to student inquiries and requests
