Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university and enrolled for the full duration of the co-op internship.
• Demonstrated ability to use computer systems and navigate multiple applications.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication with patients, providers, and staff.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates efficient patient movement and appointment availability; greets and escorts patients.
• Supports clinicians with procedures, testing, and exam prep; performs point-of-care testing.
• Updates EMR with vital signs, medical history, medications, and allergies; reconciles prescriptions.
