Job summary

Medasource is seeking a Device Deployment Technician to install, configure, test, and support end-user devices across clinical and operational environments in a healthcare setting. Devices must integrate with Epic systems and be ready for patient care and business operations.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail-oriented, and capable of traveling between locations while communicating effectively with clinical staff to minimize workflow disruption and maintain deployment

Qualifications

Experience deploying and supporting end-user devices in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test end-user devices (workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, peripherals).
Ensure integration and functionality with applications and Epic systems.
Label and inventory devices per deployment plans.
Perform device validation for correct configuration and performance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
Provide on-site troubleshooting and support during deployments.
Interact professionally with clinical/operational staff to minimize disruption.
Work across multiple facilities and adjust to changing timelines.
Maintain documentation of deployment activities and asset tracking.
