Medasource is seeking a Device Deployment Technician to install, configure, test, and support end-user devices across clinical and operational environments. You will ensure hardware integrates with Epic systems and stays fully functional to support patient care and business operations.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail-oriented, and able to work directly with clinical staff in fast-paced healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting end-user devices in enterprise or healthcare environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software systems.
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
• Experience in healthcare IT environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and test end-user devices across facilities.
• Ensure integration and functionality with applications.
• Label, inventory, and deploy devices per standards.
• Perform device validation for configuration and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting during deployment.
