Job summary

Medasource is assisting a major Indiana healthcare system by recruiting a Device Deployment Technician to install, configure, test, and support end-user devices across clinical and operational settings. You will ensure Epic integration, imaging, asset tracking, and timely on-site support for patient care and business operations.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting end-user devices in enterprise/healthcare.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test end-user devices across clinical and operational areas.
• Ensure proper integration and functionality with applications and Epic systems.
• Label, inventory, and deploy devices per standards and plans.
• Validate device configurations, connectivity, and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and deployment support.
