Job summary

Teceze is seeking an IT Field Support Specialist in Jacksonville, AR to deploy, install, and validate healthcare IT devices across clinical settings. You will troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, and WOWs during go-live, with a focus on rapid issue resolution and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities include post-deployment stabilization, hypercare support, and coordinating with project teams to ensure smooth operations in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience a plus.
• Hypercare/post-go-live support experience a plus.
