Teceze is seeking a Desktop and Field IT Support Technician in College Station, TX to deploy, configure, and validate clinical IT devices.

You will set up workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other peripherals, providing hands-on support during Epic go-live and post-deployment stabilization in a healthcare setting.

Collaborating with project teams and end users, you’ll troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and deployment issues while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience is preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
• Experience providing hypercare/post-go-live support is a plus

Responsabilités
