Job summary

Teceze in Berea, Kentucky is seeking an IT desktop support specialist to deploy, install, and validate clinical IT devices and peripherals. You will set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, and WOWs, while supporting Epic go-live activities and post-deployment stabilization.

The role requires hands-on hardware and connectivity troubleshooting within a healthcare setting and collaboration with site teams to ensure smooth operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience is preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
• Experience providing hypercare/post-go-live support is a plus

Responsibilities
