Job summary

Teceze is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional in Malvern, Arkansas to deploy, install, and validate IT devices in a healthcare setting. You will provide hands-on support during Epic go-live, troubleshoot hardware and network issues, and ensure post-deployment stabilization.

Ideal candidates have deskside or field support experience, printer troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with clinical IT deployments or Epic go-live scenarios.

Qualifications

• Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Workstation and peripheral configuration.
• Basic network/connectivity troubleshooting.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience is preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical application deployment experience is a plus.
• Experience providing hypercare/post-go-live support is a plus.

Responsibilities
