Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to desktop computers/laptops, applications, and related technology.
• Install/upgrade equipment, troubleshoot and resolve problems, manage assets, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document actions of end-user requests and resolutions using tracking management systems.
• Communicate with customers throughout the lifecycle of the service to keep them informed.
