Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of clinical and/or financial applications in the healthcare field.
• Advanced knowledge of personal computers and office automation applications.
• MSCE certifications a plus.
• CompTIA Network+ and A+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT Support for inbound calls and e-mails to the IT Help Desk.
• Perform technical support for Windows 10 and MS-Office 2013.
• Manage IT Help Desk ticket assignments and escalations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and Cyber Security best practices.
