Job summary

Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the IT team. This hands-on role provides hardware, software, and end-user support to ensure staff can deliver patient care across locations.

You will handle desktops, printers, phones, and connectivity, while maintaining devices and partnering with vendors for reliable technology. The ideal candidate has experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and end-user systems.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and connectivity issues.
• Support network and telecommunications systems as needed.
• Document and track user support requests to resolution.
• Install, configure, and relocate desktop equipment and peripherals.
• Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle maintenance.
• Communicate updates and timelines to team and leadership.
• Collaborate with IT team on support issues and projects.
