Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in desktop support, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and an A+ certification or equivalent. A California driver’s license is needed; IAM training within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in desktop support.
• A+ Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Calif Drivers Class C license required at hire.
• IAM within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day trouble tickets and work orders.
• Collaborate with technical staff, physicians, clinic staff, and others.
