Job summary

PIH Health Hospital in Los Angeles is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for internal users facing IT issues. You will resolve incidents, fulfill service requests (software installs, access provisioning), and contribute to knowledge base and runbooks.

The role requires 3 to 7 years of desktop support experience, an Associate’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Day shifts with on-site work in LA.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of desktop support experience in a healthcare setting.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 3–7 years of equivalent experience.
• LA City Fire Card within 6 months (PHGSH only) - if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for desktop IT issues and incidents.
• Assist with provisioning access, software installations, and service requests; resolve incidents.
