CSI Companies in Atascadero, CA is seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on support to clinical and administrative staff in a healthcare setting. You will resolve hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues to ensure reliable end-user technology and minimize disruptions to patient care.

This onsite role supports Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of desktop support or end-user IT help desk experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Experience working with Active Directory.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Experience troubleshooting printers and end-user equipment.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira or similar ticketing platform.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel between health system facilities as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite desktop and end-user technical support to staff.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Assist with Active Directory user and access issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Troubleshoot computers, peripherals, printers, and IT equipment.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support.
• Document and track issues in the ticketing system.
• Prioritize issues affecting patient care or operations.
• Travel between facilities to provide onsite support.
