Job summary
Teceze in Hot Springs, AR seeks an IT support technician to deploy, install, configure, and validate clinical IT devices, including workstations, printers, scanners, and WOWs, during go-live periods.
You will troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and deployment issues, provide hypercare/post-go-live support, and coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve problems quickly.
Healthcare IT experience and Epic go-live or clinical deployment familiarity are a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience in desktop, deskside, or field IT support.
- Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
- Workstation and peripheral configuration.
- Basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
- Healthcare or hospital IT experience preferred.
- Epic go-live or clinical deployment experience a plus.
- Hypercare/post-go-live support experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
- Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other clinical/IT devices.
- Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
- Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
- Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
- Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
