Job summary

Teceze is seeking an IT Support Technician in Little Rock to deploy, install, and validate clinical IT devices. You will set up workstations, printers, and peripherals and provide hands-on support during Epic go-live with a focus on rapid issue resolution.

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential as you coordinate with healthcare staff and project teams. Prior experience in healthcare IT and hypercare support is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop, deskside, or field IT support.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting printers and scanners.
• Experience configuring workstations and peripherals.
• Basic troubleshooting of networks/connectivity.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical deployment experience is a plus.
• Hypercare/post-go-live support experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
• Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other clinical IT devices.
• Provide hands-on IT support during Epic go-live.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
• Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
• Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
