Job summary

Nordic Global seeks an Application Analyst II to provide advanced support for clinical and business applications within Managed Services. You will troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with vendors, and ensure documentation is complete to support clinical workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare IT or equivalent, strong ITIL experience, and excellent communication. Travel for on-site support may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years IT/healthcare experience.
• 5 years healthcare IT or equivalent analyst role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management (Incidents, Requests, Changes).
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Experience in managing application support and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to app support requests and incidents within SLAs.
• Manage documentation lifecycle for applications and teams.
• Maintain relationships with software vendors for top-tier support.
• Plan and execute application upgrades and patching.
• Achieve relevant certifications and ongoing professional development.
• Lead smaller analyst-led projects and basic scheduling.
• Understand hospital and physician office workflows.
• Create architecture docs and system diagrams for DR/security/ops.
• Participate in full application lifecycle from implementations to decommissioning.
• Work independently and escalate after due diligence.
