Job summary

Nordic Global is seeking an Application Analyst I to provide frontline support for clinical and business applications within the Managed Services division. This role suits recent entrants with certifications or early experience in healthcare IT, offering growth and hands-on exposure.

You will respond to support requests, help maintain documentation, and collaborate with vendors and teammates. Travel may be required to support the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, healthcare informatics, computer science, or related field, or 6+ years in the industry.
• 3+ years’ experience in healthcare IT or an IT application analyst role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Manage application and team documentation for accuracy and relevancy.
• Establish relationships with software vendors to secure high-level support.
• Assist in planning and executing application upgrades and security patches.
• Participate in smaller analyst-led projects and learn basic project management tasks.
• Learn clinical and business workflows in hospital and physician office settings.
• Comply with team policies and use existing documentation to support users.
