Nordic Global is seeking an Application Analyst II to provide advanced support for clinical and business applications within Managed Services. You will manage documentation, vendor relationships, and upgrades while contributing to project work and architecture maintenance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ITIL experience, and the ability to work independently and with teams across clinical and business workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or 8+ years of industry experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare IT or equivalent IT applications analyst role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in managing application support and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Manage application and team documentation through proper lifecycles.
• Maintain relationships with software vendors for top-tier support.
• Plan and execute application upgrades and patch management.
• Lead minor analyst-driven projects and basic scheduling/coordination.
• Develop proficiency in clinical and business workflows.
• Create and maintain system architecture diagrams and dependency maps.
• Participate in lifecycle tasks from deployment to decommissioning and archiving.
