Job summary

Nordic Global is seeking an Application Analyst II to provide advanced support for clinical and business applications within our Managed Services division. You will manage incidents, upgrades, and documentation while collaborating with software vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a strong ITIL background, healthcare IT experience, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with potential on-call rotation and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare IT or equivalent IT application analyst experience.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience ITIL-aligned service management (Incident, Request, Change).
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in application support and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to application support requests and incidents within SLAs.
• Manage documentation through lifecycle controls.
• Maintain relationships with software vendors for top-tier support.
• Plan and execute application upgrades and security patches.
• Participate in/lead analyst-led projects and basic PM tasks.
• Develop hospital and physician office workflows understanding.
• Create and maintain architecture and integration documentation.
• Support full application lifecycle from implementations to decommissioning.
• Work independently and escalate after due diligence; on-call as needed.
