Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, healthcare informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in healthcare IT or IT application analyst role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Respond to application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Manage documentation for applications and ensure accuracy and relevancy.
• Collaborate with software vendors for high-level support.
• Assist in planning upgrades and security patches.
• Participate in small analyst-led projects and basic project tasks.
• Learn hospital and physician office workflows (clinical and business).
• Follow team policies and procedures and maintain documentation.
• Understand the full application lifecycle including deployments and decommissioning.
