Nordic seeks an Application Analyst I to provide frontline support for clinical and business applications within the Managed Services division of Nordic Global. This role is ideal for recent entrants to healthcare IT with applications certifications or initial experience.

The Analyst responds to support requests, manages documentation, and works with vendors while continuing growth in healthcare IT. Nordic enables providers to leverage technology and achieve digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years IT experience in related field.
• 3+ years healthcare IT or equivalent analyst role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to application support requests within defined SLAs.
• Manage application and team documentation with accuracy and relevancy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with software vendors for high-level support.
• Assist in planning and executing application upgrades and security patches.
• Participate in analyst-led projects and learn basic project management tasks.
• Learn hospital and physician office workflows (clinical and business).
• Comply with all written team policies and procedures.
• Learn and leverage existing documentation to provide informed support.
• Understand the full application lifecycle including implementations, upgrades, decommissioning, and data archiving.
• Advance knowledge during mentorship in first 12 months.
