Job summary

Nordic Global, part of Nordic, seeks an EHR Application Analyst II for Government Programs to provide advanced support for clinical and business applications within Managed Services. The role requires deep healthcare IT knowledge, strong documentation skills, and effective vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will handle incidents, participate in upgrades, and contribute to project work while maintaining detailed architecture documentation and supporting disaster recovery and security

Qualifications

• 8+ years' IT/healthcare IT experience.
• 5 years' experience in healthcare IT or equivalent IT application analyst position.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management processes (Incident, Request, Change).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in managing application support and documentation.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests and incidents within defined SLAs with high customer service standards.
• Manage application and team documentation with proper lifecycle controls.
• Maintain and expand vendor relationships to ensure top-tier support.
• Plan and execute application upgrades and patching for security.
• Pursue and achieve relevant certifications and professional development.
• Lead smaller analyst-led projects with scheduling, coordination, and status updates.
• Navigate clinical and business workflows in hospital/physician office settings.
• Develop and maintain architecture docs, diagrams, and dependency maps.
